Career progression from associate-level roles, particularly within the Voice Branch, can be slow despite strong performance. Opportunities to join the Universal Banker journey are limited, resulting in long waiting periods for many employees. Increasing the study assistance budget and creating more development opportunities would further strengthen an already excellent workplace.
