Strong team and proactive leadership, but older equipment issues - Operations Manager Standard Bus Employee Review

Casual dress and atmosphere not enough to make up for the issues.

Secretive, backstabbing, targeting, bootlicking required, poor pay and benefits so low.

People that work at Diversified are a great group of people. I thought for the most part the driving and mechanical staff was pretty good.

Be wary of the back biting and two faced nature of the office employees. There is absolutely no corporate training for the position they hire you for. You also get to experience how not to treat potential customers because these customers will give you previous feedback they had with the organization and it's not good at all; so you are left scrambling to earn their trust while management oversees all of your communications and still does nothing to correct this issue. You are just expected to know how their business is run. Corporate knows this and still does nothing to help with employee retention. A real sad state of affairs for an organization that has so much potential.
