      Pros

      - very good people and culture - great opportunities to work on big data projects if the stake holders are open for innovations , I was lucky I got better team. - very flexible on working hours and days , 1 or 2 days work from office which is rare compared to working in other banking firms.

      Cons

      - very difficult to deal with Technology and platform teams on tools/approvals as those people are here for very long time and work in silos.
