      Standard Chartered Bank is a good employer having worked for them for over 6 years now. They are a performance based institution that encourages growth in all areas.

      Cons

      At Standard Chartered, immediate managers have a bigger say on where you will grow into and they can actually stop you from moving. In some situations it gets personal.
