Pros
Those identified as top performers are given lots of opportunity for upward and lateral mobility, which is good for people who prefer a general management (vs specialization) career track. Senior management in London and other regional headquarters seem to care about making things better. Values based organization which is open to giving back to the community. Lots of opportunity for volunteerism.
Cons
Hard to navigate matrixed organisational structure - which often slows down decision making and results in lack of ownership (probably common with all large global companies?) A lot of managers just focus on pleasing upper management, often ignoring or trying to cover up the real problems and issues. Majority of internal infrastructure outdated or not user friendly
