      Extremely political environment Skill level and work product actually counts for very little EXTREMELY bureaucratic, smallest decisions driven by overseas HQ Even high level execs in US really don't have much power Environment discourages speaking up/encourages sycophants Massive churn "Run scared" culture Lack of transparency/honesty by senior management
