      Pros

      Good for starters after graduate. Get wide exposure into banking line. Great medical benefits. Good culture and friendly colleagues.

      Cons

      The KPI is too high to be kept maintained. Using same old system which is inconvenient for staffs to use at times due to technical issues and malfunction. Company doesn't pay additional allowances for languages Poor work life balance as always have to login yr laptop to complete yr pending tasks which is a never ending tale.
