Nobody here has a CLUE what they are doing. Ventures here are either vanity internal projects dressed as a "startup" or zombie companies without any product-market fit/ sustainable business model. Most people are hired from the bank and have absolutely no idea about starting/ running a business. All they've done is copy the same level of bureaucracy from the bank and pasted it here. Most of your time will be spent on things like Risk/ Compliance/ Legal/ Processes and all the bureaucratic stuff instead of building a product/ business. If you're looking to join a real startup or build a real venture, please do yourself a favour by NOT joining this team.
