Pros
The manager is flexible to let you out early for appointments and the hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM so it's nice to be able to get home at a decent hour. There is a discount, which is beneficial. We get quite a bit of time off for holidays.
Cons
This place is stuck in the past. The technology is ancient but mostly just non-existent. The buildings are falling apart, most of the company is sexist and while there may seem to be room to advance, it's nearly impossible. The benefits are a joke and you have to work here for 8 years before you get 3 weeks off for vacation and 15 years before you get a full 4 weeks. It is definitely a male dominated industry.
