Our HR team has a range of processes that aim to ensure that new starters are inducted into the company in an engaging and comprehensive way. These include the Phoenix Green Room - a portal where new starters can find information on our functions, get an insight into their hiring manager, as well as day to day life at Phoenix - and an onsite HR team dedicated to each individual area of the business.
