- CEO believes in young talent. If you're early in your career and doing exceptionally well, there are opportunities for you. - Team is collaborative and it's easy to work across different departments - Very transparent company on financial performance, strategy, and comp.
Cons
There's a bit too much overhead for a startup. Ratio of leadership to ICs is too heavy on the leadership side which can make it feel like too many cooks in the kitchen.
