Pros

Flexible work schedule built around your own hours M-F. For RNs, we see between 3-5 patients a day. Amazing management who LISTENS and helps as much as possible when there is an issue. We get paid extra for any visits over our required weekly visits, and we get paid for being on call, and making on call visits, and for weekend visits when we’re on call. All of the staff is super helpful, and will go out of their way to do what they need to make your job easier. Like drive 20 miles to bring you something, if you forgot a supply, or ran out, or whatever.

Cons

Charting, but that’s in any home health job. Or nursing job, honestly. When an on call weekend is bad, but they’re usually not. At least we get paid extra for them, though!

Pros

Staff members are knowledgeable and the owner has a long history in Milam County. Patient satisfaction and care are the ultimate priority.

Cons

Very small company, not a lot of room for growth.

Pros

The individual nurses, therapists, marketers and office personnel were, for the most part, wonderful to work with

Unrealistic expectations of field clinicians, decisions made quickly and often in upper management that negatively effects the rest of the company, programs are started and stopped frequently, terminate employees often- HIGH turnover, the company is more willing to invest in new employees versus training current (good, productive) employees, no respect for employees, open discussion and sharing of ideas discouraged, "my way or the highway" mentality and "good ol boy" management style
