I have been working with Standav from 2009 and it’s been a fruitful and engaging experience so far. The size of the company is opt enough to be neither too small nor too large. The best thing I like about the firm is that you can get in touch with any management team members easily and converse with them with no bureaucracy.
There are dedicated Technical Mentors who will help consultant shape their career and HR who would take care of their personnel needs. The renumeration and incentives are tailor-made for each consultant based on their contribution and expectation rather than mass package. Let it be Sales team, legal team or everyday Office operations, they have excellent people who help the employees out on their needs.
Being here for about 7 years, I would recommend this company to any people who are looking for jumppad to IT career or to continue it forward to next level.
