Pros

Fun environment and great boss

Cons

Bad pay, understaffed, and the higher-ups don't care. It took me over a year to be converted from a contract worker to a full-time employee (even though I worked full-time hours during my contract days) and I was unable to get a raise after 2 years of work. My boss was great but she has since been promoted so she is no longer directly managing the Customer Service agents. This would have been a one-star review if not for her though. It's really not worth it to work here, the customer service department is at the bottom of the list of priorities at this studio.
