Pros

They are very flexible with your individual needs on a personal level. People are good to one another and there is a sense of camaraderie within the studio itself. The job security is actually really good in comparison to other places in the video game industry.

Cons

Upper management has a consistent track record of requiring a far more aggressive release schedule than is close to reasonable given team sizes. Any time they are convinced that additional staffing is required it immediately turns around and becomes "What additional can be done with those extra heads?" despite everyone clearly stating that those extra heads were needed to accomplish the previous goals without burning out from crunch. There is typically very slow career advancement as well. Partly this comes from the fact that most of the staff are veterans who have been there for years and thus vacancies in higher spots don't open up often but also, management just doesn't seem willing to make it a priority at the level it should be.
