Pros

- There are some truly great coworkers. - 2 free lunches in office per week. - Phone reimbursement

Cons

- They have a policy that if you leave between Nov 15th and March 31st, you have to either give to months notice or pay them two months of your salary. - 401K 4% match doesn't fully vest for 5 years, and they only contribute 50% so you have to contribute 8% to get the full match. - PTO is "unlimited," but they really expect you to only take around 15 days. Otherwise your billable hours on your time tracking are too low and they will try to give you more client work. Additionally, since PTO is not accrued, you do not get paid out your PTO days when you leave. - Pay is lower than competitors. - There are no bonuses. - Unclear path for promotions and raises.

Pros

Coworkers are legitimately great, free lunches in office 1X and occasionally 2x per week, solid career path if you are on the fund side. Some of the clients are great.

Cons

If you are not on the fund side the career promotion options are relatively limited, I particularly felt that for the ISS position at times that your purpose was just to plug any holes that exist and your personal development was a bit of an afterthought. The company is primarily a Fund Accounting firm so be prepared for long and grueling hours during the busy season (Jan-May).
