Pros
I feel respected and appreciated. My projects are interesting. I feel good about the company’s product and that I’m able to contribute in a meaningful way. I feel I’m well compensated.
Cons
Stanson is owned by Premier Inc, which handles HR and tech support. The tech support has been poor, and HR does not have an actual phone number for us to call when we have issues, like for getting benefits set up. Everything is in documentation in bunch of company websites that get annoying. The fact that the company is not giving us access to call an actual HR person, to me suggests that they don’t value the employees. It can all get very impersonal the way it’s set up, and almost everyone is remote.
