Pros
Work was mostly remote, with comms on slack. They have an coworking officespace in Singapore though. Tech stack was is modern, and actually working in real AI development, and not just optimising prompts. My boss and the whole engineering team were very supportive. The culture in general is really nice, and there is a big focus on trying to get work to production and into client hands. Also got to attend in person events at partner offices at AWS and Google.
Cons
Sometimes there were urgent requests coming from customers which distracts from day to day tasks, and causes squeezes on deadlines. This meant shipping features quickly, but knowing that there are going to be future requirements for pushing up another version later with patches. I can see this causing a bit of a feedback loop on dev resources.
