      -Doesn't pay out PTO or sick time upon leaving the company -Pays the least out of other retailers, while requiring the most out of their employees, including specialized skillsets -More understaffed than other retailers -Less hours given than other retailers -Constant pushing of new metrics

      You often work with very professional people who can be fun to work with and seem to genuinely care about you. The job gives you good experience for future career development.

      Cons

      The pay is not great, often even lower than surrounding retail stores. Average employees being part time.
