Awesome people and partners, very social environment

Male dominated workforce. Women rarely get promoted into senior management positions

Staff are generally easy to work with and your experience can be different based on department/manager. Given the lack of staff there is opportunity to get stuck into meaningful work early on.

Being a top performer and demonstrating loyalty doesn't matter. Directors are soulless and will turn on you/not stand up for you as soon as you speak up on the toxicity or aren't willing to give them your 24/7 to meet their illogical deadlines and demands. Stay away from the corporate finance department like the plague.
