Pros
- A lot of independence - Flexible working style - Nobody will check in on you to see how you are doing - Very chill employers, just need to finish your task on time and they won't find trouble with you
Cons
- Nobody will check in on you to see how you are doing (unless you ask for guidance, not v good for interns who are lazy and not responsible for their own education) - Sometimes the lab is a bit cold - Busy periods are really quite busy - Work gets a bit repititive and boring sometimes - Employees don't really talk to each other except for work related stuff
