Terrible logistics, poor communication, unorganization, working with ppl who do not do their job and they do not get in trouble, management asks for suggestions only to not listen, terrible pay, you do way more work then you’ll ever get compensated for, management depends on your coworkers to train you not the actual training you receive, horrible and unsafe work conditions as well as unfair, illegal and unethical work practices by management. Patients constantly complain about how they are treated and are going elsewhere.
