I had a very negative experience working here. The company structure and workflow are extremely unorganized. My onboarding process took less than five minutes, and I was expected to start working immediately with no proper training or resources. The CEO insists on receiving reports via WhatsApp and refuses to invest in proper reporting or tracking systems. Advertising accounts are in complete disarray, with no pixels or tracking tools in place — everything is managed through Google Docs. Communication with the recruiter was poor, I had to write him multiple times to get a response only after a few weeks, and the turnover rate among employees is very high. To make matters worse, I have not been paid for work completed over two months ago. In my opinion, this company operates in a way that is highly unprofessional and potentially exploitative. I strongly advise job seekers to avoid this workplace and save their energy
