Pros

Salary is decent with easy access to public transport

Cons

Worst place you could imagine, one of the worst toilets you could ever find in singapore. Small and dirty. Family run business (you know what is coming). No secret in the company as they will openly talk about your personal things in meetings. Probably the highest turnover you will ever experience and see.

Pros

coworkers who complain together about how stupid the company is

Cons

endless meetings. even when we’re already swamped, we still get dragged in just to listen to the ceo ramble with no agenda, no structure, no value, just his old “back in the day” startup stories. total waste of time, always at least an hour. terrible project management. either we’re completely free for a week with nothing to do, or suddenly drowning in work for 3 months straight with nonstop overtime. no balance at all. and they keep agreeing to unrealistic client demands without thinking it through, like massive last minute changes right before final deadline, then expect designers to somehow deliver with no sleep. almost all admin staff are the boss’s relatives. zero proper systems, everything is messy and unorganized. and on top of that, extremely disrespectful to employees. they don’t care about privacy in meetings, openly discussing people’s salaries and even mocking them for not getting bonuses.
