More Pros then Cons- 1- work life balance 2- Management is awesome 3- Co-workers are helpful especially for fresher 4- friendly environment from top management to bottom 5- Company cares the employee 6- No extra working hours allowed 7- Awesome parks for employee 8- rapid growth of career 9- Free meal like lunch, sneaks and after 8PM gets dinner as well.

Still I don't see any Cons but I can say company needs to change the location.
