Pros
Coworkers were amazing—supportive, collaborative, and dedicated to clients. The work itself was meaningful and provided excellent experience in crisis intervention and mental health.
Cons
Leadership was toxic. Favoritism ran unchecked, staff were promised raises that never came, and concerns about unprofessional behavior were ignored by HR even when evidence was provided. Employees were even written up for using PTO “too frequently,” creating a stressful and unfair work environment. The lack of accountability made it difficult to stay motivated or feel valued.
