Pros
I loved my time at StarChapter. Not only are the team and management awesome, but their culture is as well. I left to go back to school full time, but if it weren't for that, I would still be working there. Management has an open door policy, so if you ever feel overwhelmed or confused, you can always stop in and get some help, or guidance. Also, as an entry level position, I believe they are generous with benefits and compensation. I did receive a raise at both of my annul reviews. Because it is a smaller company you work closely with your team (and all of the teams honestly) so, there is always opportunity to learn, and grow in skills that you did not think you had. I came in as a content migrator and when I left I was still doing content migration, but I was also creating designs for our customers, assisting with internal projects and doing testing for development projects. I worked at Starchapter for just over 2 years and I've made some amazing friends and became a part of a fantastic team.
Cons
Sometimes the work can be a little repetitive so there were times that I did not feel particularly challenged.
