1. Workload not distributed equally. Some people within the same team and same grade has lesser workload than others. As long as you're not working closely on hardware, your workload is good. 2. Need to understand mandarin 3. Bad work planning, which causes no work life balance (applicable to those working closely with hardware) 4. Company culture is bad. Even biscuits have to be locked up to prevent people from eating all. 5. Compensation and increment is bad.
