Talented engineering team - work with some of the brightest people in Cambridge to design and engineer great products. Fun atmosphere, good balance of productivity and enjoyment.
Cons
They've lost their way. Talented staff are now looking for routes out as it's clear that the company will not reach its goal. They're being left behind by the industry. You have to question the potential of a company that's still a start-up after 10 years. No overall direction on product design, people moved from projects to the new "flavour of the month" without completing their work. Very much following industry rather than leading. Cult of personality, career progression is about how much the CEO likes you/can control you, not your ability, work ethic or talent.
