Very free range for creativity, you have a idea your leads will likely let you have a jab at it. Great and friendly people. Very nice & modern office & central location. Good utilities, modern PCs to work on. In combination with exciting projects with lots of potential & ambitious goals there's lots of room for ideas to grow and develop. Decent benefits.
Cons
Every other con written here is sadly accurate. "Crunch" might as well be the regular working hours with how often it is abused. The mantra "overworked and underpaid" rules strong, especially with seniors. Management is by far the most inept of any workplace I've been to before. Hybris and ignorance is causing talent to leave, and despite knowing why people leave nothing is being done to prevent it - management simply shrugs and moves on. Promises are made and broken frequently which destroys trust in producers. The structure is chaotic and communication is almost non-existent between teams which leads to massive problems.
