Pros
Good pay, good benefits, free coffee, coworkers were nice for the most part.
Cons
Favoritism. Constant pressure from management over every little thing. Obey or get written up and/or fired. No support from management. Availability is not honored, and management does not care about anything but their yearly bonus. Managers will alienate other partners and target you.
I had a coworker steal from me, and instead of having it investigated, manager promoted them.
I was constantly under pressure over the ever revolving change in policies, and manager tirades around preaching about punctuality, but never batted an eye on another partner who came in over 2 hours late.
