Good place to work - Business Analyst Starco Impex Employee Review

The only pro I can think of is that there is plenty of work to be had here so you won't always feel like you are just sitting around.

The company is very sexist. If you are female, run very far away from here. The managers and employees will openly ask the women for sex and will get angry at them if they refuse. The pay is not good and you will be working 48 hours a week minimum for a base salary. If you are strictly from the United States there will be a great culture shock as soon as you walk in the door. The managers and employees converse openly in Urdu to hide their illicit conversations. The place is incredibly shady. I wouldn't suggest working here at all.

Starco is constantly growing, changing, and working on new opportunities, so it's easy to have your ideas heard and feel valued. I am a female, and I when I did feel uncomfortable around a certain employee, it was brought to management's attention and immediately taken care of. Then management came and checked with me a few days later to make sure the problem was indeed taken care of. I'm always learning something new.

There's been a significant lack of long term employees, causing a disorganized mess that is being cleaned up on the daily.
