It was a telephonic interview, It was a basic HR Interview. The questions were mostly situational based questions. Like the interviewer was giving me a situation or a problem and asking me if I face similar kid of situation how I am going to handle it.

Interview
I sat down with the Office Manager and the Executive Assistant and had a conversation about the job , and why I thought my strengths and weaknesses would be a good fit for the position. It was quick and painless and not much different than any other interview I've ever had.
