Unlimited PTO, ability to move around to other teams and learn different business, plus the people you meet that become friends.
Cons
Highly dependent on the account but you have to go through loops & jumps to get promoted which are heavily based on politics and showboating. Also, you'll mainly be signed on to do everything if you're senior associate and below so beware.
