Pros
Working for Starcom, you have the ability to grow as a Media Professional. Their training program is top notch which will carry you far in your career. There are lots of young people that you will be able to work with & the industry perks are cool.
Cons
Low compensation at the entry level, however this is industry standard. This is not a 9-5 job, as you will hardly ever leave the office around 5. There are pluses & minuses for working for such a big company, & sometimes working at Starcom, you feel like you are just a number in a crowd.
