Pros
The Mission! Starfish students are some of the best around. Staff is welcoming and very much a "family". Starfish is great about comp time. If you work a weekend event, you can take a day off during the week to comp that time. They are good about accommodating your schedule when the need arises.
Cons
Very large case loads so very much quantity over quality work.
Lacking professional development opportunities, no retirement, health savings account, and health premiums are expensive and deductibles extremely high. Raises barely cover (if cover at all) increased cost in health care each year.
