      Pros

      The coworkers are the only good thing about this place, but most of them have quit or gotten laid off within the past 2 months.

      Cons

      Was not paid fairly, did not receive a raise until I resigned (even when I got a promotion). The work load was that for 2-3 people and there was no focus just wanted us to churn out designs as quickly as possible.

      Pros

      You will definitely learn a lot here. Since it is a small company you will have your share of work but you will also be able to take on a lot that you would not have the opportunity to do if you were working at a larger company. Good product, nice people.

      Cons

      It's a tough environment, but so are many places that are in the garment industry. There is a lack of structure that would benefit the company.
