Good Team Culture, Terrible Upper Management - Sales & Marketing Starkey Employee Review

I’ve never heard of a single person to get fired or be asked to leave, there are people that have been here forever, been moved around the company because they don’t fit into any position, and will never leave because they get away with doing less than the bare minimum. Promotions are 95% based on how long you’ve been with the company and there’s no way to get past that. If I was looking for a job, I wouldn’t choose this company.
