Pros
Starland is a great place for beginning teachers in the arts or early childhood education, or for working mothers. The other employees are great people, they quickly become friends and are a pleasure to work with. Management is great, and will help you when you need it, in your personal and professional life.
Cons
The clientele are a difficult bunch - the parents, not the children. There are not many opportunities for advancement, nor are there benefits.
