Pros

None really, you'll be lucky to get paid in full for your work

Cons

Besides the fact that many employees were not paid on time and many were fired on the spot with no notice whatsoever, it should be noted that the founder Larby Amirouche has had been involved in many lawsuits in the past with many of his previous ventures. You can try Googling "MADIGAN FILES LAWSUITS AGAINST ACAI BERRY COMPANIES" or "Goddard reaches settlement with supplement company" to get an idea. Larby has routinely in the past been involved in providing "free samples" of the product only to charge users' credit cards and then have his helpline set up in a manner that the customer wouldn't be able to get through to the company to get the charge reversed. It should be evident to any potential employee after going through all the reviews on Glassdoor what processes and policies Larby's companies typically follow. If you choose to work for him, do not expect to be paid in full ever. It is also very likely that he'll make you work crazy hours and if you protest even a little bit you risk being fired on the spot with no notice whatsoever.

Pros

Pros The moment begins working at Starlight Group, they immediately know something is different here. There is a positive energy within Slack and all the employees walking about them. This was the feeling I had six months ago when I joined Starlight Group, and still reflects my feelings today. These people practice what they preach...they are delivering platforms and tools to build a direct response powerhouse.

Cons

Particularly as of late, Starlight Group has been subject to some negative naysayers. While some of it may be deserved, a lot of it feels sensationalist as a result of payment processing issues the business halted and is being revived by mgmt.
