Pros

Decent pricing. Low fixed interest rates and decent closing cost incentives. Other sales people are great.

Cons

Very high employee attrition rate. Misleading advertisements, promotions, and marketing campaigns. Lack of leadership, Unaccepting of feedback, especially if it's critical feedback. No emphasis on culture, Improperly managed.

Pros

The only real positive was the friendships you can build with certain coworkers. Some of the people I met were genuinely supportive and made tough days more manageable.

Cons

Unstable commission structure: Your income is heavily dependent on closings, and if you are no longer employed at the time of closing, you may not receive commissions you worked for. This creates a lot of uncertainty and financial stress. * Lack of job security: There is a noticeable lack of stability in the role, and turnover is high. It often feels like you can be let go at any time, regardless of performance. * Pressure-heavy environment: The expectations are high, but the support and training do not always match those expectations. * Limited support from management: Communication and leadership can be inconsistent, which makes it difficult to feel confident in your role or future with the company. * Compensation limitations: Commission caps and reduced percentages in certain communities make it harder to feel fully rewarded for your work.
