Pros
The only real positive was the friendships you can build with certain coworkers. Some of the people I met were genuinely supportive and made tough days more manageable.
Cons
Unstable commission structure: Your income is heavily dependent on closings, and if you are no longer employed at the time of closing, you may not receive commissions you worked for. This creates a lot of uncertainty and financial stress.
* Lack of job security: There is a noticeable lack of stability in the role, and turnover is high. It often feels like you can be let go at any time, regardless of performance.
* Pressure-heavy environment: The expectations are high, but the support and training do not always match those expectations.
* Limited support from management: Communication and leadership can be inconsistent, which makes it difficult to feel confident in your role or future with the company.
* Compensation limitations: Commission caps and reduced percentages in certain communities make it harder to feel fully rewarded for your work.
