Pros

It was a great company when we first started, customer centric, all about helping people, wanted to give their own people ample opportunity to make money.

Cons

Unfortunately this builder got greedy, and it’s sales staff suffered. They started selling at a minimum 50% of the lots in every new project to investors, and when asked why just said “well if sales people can sell to investors we can too” this just severely crippled the inventory for salespeople trying to make a living month in and month out; they have changed pay plans for new hires to 1.5% when they used to make 2 , strictly bottom line minded. I have my own reasons for leaving , but just don’t go here expecting to sell more than one to two homes per month because the opportunity is just not there. They are priced very high and low quality finished on the homes and lacking major features. This place will continue to sell houses no matter what, however I would urge you to check all of your options in the industry before committing to this builder.

Pros

The only real positive was the friendships you can build with certain coworkers. Some of the people I met were genuinely supportive and made tough days more manageable.

Cons

Unstable commission structure: Your income is heavily dependent on closings, and if you are no longer employed at the time of closing, you may not receive commissions you worked for. This creates a lot of uncertainty and financial stress. * Lack of job security: There is a noticeable lack of stability in the role, and turnover is high. It often feels like you can be let go at any time, regardless of performance. * Pressure-heavy environment: The expectations are high, but the support and training do not always match those expectations. * Limited support from management: Communication and leadership can be inconsistent, which makes it difficult to feel confident in your role or future with the company. * Compensation limitations: Commission caps and reduced percentages in certain communities make it harder to feel fully rewarded for your work.
