Communication issues, not fully developing initiatives and ideas (jumping the gun sometimes basically), positional training could be more systematic and thorough

- Amazing people - Upper management very involved and easy to access - Realistic experience, not just given busy work - Despite rapid growth and conglomerate buyout, company feels very tight knit

- Internship program still in development, not fully fleshed out as a result
