Company and departments tend to run lean in terms of staffing which means you could get exposed to a very wide variety of responsibilities in a short period of time. Pretty good benefits package.
Cons
Very limited upward momentum if hired not directly from a certain company that current CEO used to run. Old school mentality that focuses on how things have been done and how people should dress and act instead of new methods.
