Pros
No complaints about salary, and you get a pension after 5 years of work which is a great perk! Lots of nice people. Solid, stable, international company.
Cons
It's an insurance company - not too exciting. CEO getting WAY too old. Senior leadership could use fresh, younger perspectives. Need to modernize processes and technology in certain areas.
