Pros
Great benefits, decent pay, industry prestige. Coworkers are generally friendly.
Cons
There are 2000+ employees globally, but Starr is just a one-man-show. CEO Hank Greenberg is surrounded by yes men who refuse to or are unable to stick up for the long-term interests of the business. This has drastically lowered employee morale, and many have chosen to leave Starr in recent weeks and months.
