Cons
Pay rises are amongst the worst in the market. The UK CEO said inflation would be addressed in year end reviews then they totally reneged and left everyone short. Bonuses are very standardised. They aren't an incentive to outperform. People soon realise it isn't worth putting in the extra effort.
