The people in my department were very nice, understanding and willing to teach me about metrology.

It's a factory so it probably exposes you to harsh chemicals and loud noises. Sometimes people in other departments would be grumpy give you attitude just because of your position.

Flexible with scheduling. Monthly catered meals. Moral boosters (Christmas party, summer event, employee appreciation week)

Slow growth within the company. Annual revenues are blanket coverage, with slight variations.
