Pros
The staff are highly motivated by the mission. Depending on which office you are in - DC, Germany, or Japan, the work-life balance varies. Overseas offices have the benefit of being in Europe or Asia and the travel and lifestyle those afford. The DC office has great people to work with but the commuting can be a challenge.
Cons
As a government agency, Stripes is subject to the DoD budget. That can be a good or bad thing.
